Plum chemical composition

Voca et al. (2009) analyzed the chemical composition of three plum cultivars: "Top", "Elena" and "Bistrica"

There are scientifically significal differences in Vitamin C because p < 0.05 (p=.0.0085). P value means the probability of be mistaken (make an error), 0.05 means 5% probability of error and 95% of probability of be sure that is a difference

Bistrica contains more Vitamin C than Top and Elena cultivars. Bistrica plum contains around 12 mg per 100 g of plum and the other two varieties contains around 9 mg.
